That day, my family and I went out for iftar. To make things more convenient, I decided to wait for my ride at the place itself rather than going home first. This meant I had to wait until after Maghrib...

So I thought, "Okay, I’ll just wait at PSX in the musholla."

Before that, I went to Miniso and bought a couple of things, including a gift for Sherly, who just graduated from college! I also bought a new charger and some scented stuff for Sherly. Actually, I wanted to buy an electric toothbrush too, but I didn’t think I had enough money, so I put it back.

Then I waited for Maghrib at the musholla. Since it’s Ramadan, mushollas often give out takjil for breaking the fast. Knowing me, of course, I didn’t take it right away because I was too shy… But deep down, I really wanted it (and needed it).

So while I was praying, I kept thinking about the takjil because I was afraid it would run out—so many people had already taken theirs!(thats what i thought..) I couldn't focus 😭 Astaghfirullah.

After praying, I tried to do sunnah ba’diyah as well—to fight off my shaytan thoughts! I CAN FIGHT YOU, SHAYTAN!

After that, I quickly grabbed the takjil and two bottles of Aqua. But surprise, surprise—when I went to the food court to eat it, THE TAKJIL WAS EXPIRED. IT WAS BASIII!!

OMG. I think this was my punishment for thinking about takjil the whole time I was praying… But on the other hand, I saved a lot of people from eating expired takjil—so I guess blessing in disguise?

Since I couldn't eat the takjil, I ordered Bakso Merah instead. Alhamdulillah, even though it wasn't the udon I wanted, at least I got to eat something warm that soothed my sore throat. (Even though it was spicy… and probably not that healthy… hehe.) Hope I get my udon soon!

After eating, luckily, my family arrived to pick me up right on time, and we headed to a seafood place. But since I’m allergic to seafood, I couldn’t eat much, so I ordered kwetiau instead.

Actually, I wanted to order kwetiau siram sapi because I was craving soup, but Hasmi messed up and ordered kwetiau goreng sapi instead… 🙂
